Then play in whatever Standalone Player or Software Player you want. For Software Players i'd recommend WinDVD or PowerDVD.

If you dont have a DVDburner you can copy the Video_TS folder to the root directory of your harddrive like c:\video_ts. Then select drive C as the default drive in WinDVD and the player will play the full DVD including the menus from your harddrive.
