Okay, here is the list of shows that no DVDs exist of to date. This list is compiled off of the 5H video guide, OMN, and HTI. If you have a VHS tape on this list, please either PM me or add it to the thread and I will continually update the main list so when it is time to get to it, we will know who to contact. We are hoping that this will get people inspired to seek out VHS tapes as this is one of the most time consuming parts. With that, here is the list from before.. Also, if it is not on this list but you have a master or first gen, please let us know. 02/11/91 : Club With No Name - Hollywood 08/23/91 : Mural Amphitheater - Seattle (middle and far versions)[egrover far version? 2nd] 08/29/91 : RKCNDY - Seattle 11/11/91 : Roseland Ballroom – New York 11/14/91 : Tower Records - Yonkers [delanoche 4th gen] 12/11/91 : Trees - Dallas 12/31/91 : Cow Palace - Daly City 02/07/92 : KoolKat Klub – Sweden [waiting for transfer 2nd gen] 02/12/92 : Melkweg – Amsterdam [waiting for transfer 1 or 2nd gen] 02/15/92 : Revolver - Madrid 02/18/92 : Sorpasso - Milan 02/22/92 : Newcastle [waiting for transfer 1st or 2nd gen] 02/27/92 : Queenshall - Bradford 03/02/92 : Paard – Den Haag [sonicred unknown] [awaiting 1st gen tape] 03/04/92 : Tivoli – Utrecht [waiting for transfer 2nd gen] 03/06/92 : Rotterdam [awaiting 1st gen tape] 03/08/92 : Live Music Hall - Cologne [waiting for transfer 2nd gen] 03/13/92 : Nachtwerk - Munich 03/28/92 : Caberet Metro – Chicago [egrover 1st gen] 04/10/92 : Trocadero – Philadelphia [1stgen color vhs] 04/12/92 : New York [awaiting ?master tape] 04/19/92 : Starplex Amphitheater - Dallas [delanoche 2nd gen] proshot chopped 04/30/92 : Unicorn Club - Houston 05/05/92 : Glen Miller Ballroom – Boulder 05/07/92 : Gallitan Fairgrounds - Bozeman [waiting for transfer unknown] 05/15/92 : Warfield Theater - San Francisco 05/20/92 : Gas Works – Seattle [sonicred 3rd] 06/05/92 : Nuerburgring - Koln 06/06/92 : Finsbury Park - London 06/22/92 : Elysee-Montmartre - Paris 06/26/92 : Orange Stage - Roskilde 07/22/92 : Kitsap County Fairgrounds - Bremerton 07/27/92 : Riverport Amphitheatre - Maryland Heights 08/02/92 : World Music Amphitheater - Tinley Park [delanoche 2nd gen] 08/14/92 : Lake Fairfax Park - Reston 08/22/92 : Bicentennial Park Grounds - Miami [sonicred 2nd gen] 08/23/92 : Central Florida Fairgrounds - Orlando 09/05/92 : Fort Bend County Fairgrounds (Rosenberg) - Houston 09/08/92 : Desert Sky Pavilion - Phoenix 09/12/92 : Irvine Meadows - Irvine [3rd] 09/13/92 : Irvine Meadows - Irvine [3rd] 09/20/92 : Warren G. there is no way to know for sure if you havent traced it. if you could post screen shots here, someone could come up with an accurate guess. thanks for the info. on another note, as a lower gen is added, i will erase the person with higher gens. i will keep unknown's because unknowns could be low. you never know. jason |

I'll give the screenshots a try. I had a vcr hooked up to my capture card before I moved a year ago. I couldn't get the capture card to work properly so I haven't taken the VCR out of the box I packed it in last year. It will play through the PC but not record. The .avi files were jumpy and the audio was off. I was never able to fix it. I suppose if I can get it to play, I should be able to get a screenshot. I'll try and go through that Euro TV appearances tape I have aswell if I can get the capture card fired up again. |

I have a compilation tape that was made for me that I know where to get the masters from. It's a tv compilation. Here is the deal. Someone I know, taped all of these from their original broadcast (1st gen), then made 1 tape with all of the performances from the ones he collected and taped himself throughout the years (2nd gen), then, made me a copy of that tape (3rd gen). If I have this right, then my tape is a 3rd gen, if not, then my copy is a 2nd gen. Someone let me know about this. Here is the details of the tape.... Alive - Saturday Night Live appearance recorded April 11th, 1992 Porch - Saturday Night Live appearance recorded April 11th, 1992 Alive - MTV Unplugged recorded March 16th, 1992 Black - MTV Unplugged recorded March 16th, 1992 Jeremy - MTV Unplugged recorded March 16th, 1992 Porch - MTV Unplugged recorded March 16th, 1992 Jeremy - MTV Video Music Awards recorded September 9, 1992 Masters of War - Bob Dylan 30th Anniversary Concert recorded September 2nd, 1992 Animal - MTV Video Music Awards recorded September 2nd, 1993 Rockin' in the Free World - MTV Video Music Awards recorded September 2nd, 1993 Not for You - Saturday Night Live appearance recorded April 16th, 1994 Rearviewmirror - Saturday Night Live appearance recorded April 16th, 1994 Daughter - Saturday Night Live appearance recorded April 16th, 1994 Hail, Hail - David Letterman appearance recorded September 20th, 1996 Wishlist - David Letterman appearance recorded September 20th, 1996 Grievance - David Letterman appearance recorded April 12th, 2000 Long Road - America: Tribute to Heros recorded September 21st, 2001 Betterman - Groundwork 2001 Benefit recorded October 22nd, 2001 Long Road - Groundwork 2001 Benefit recorded October 22nd, 2001 ITEOTW/People Have the Power-w/REM - Groundwork 2001 Benefit recorded October 22nd, 2001 I Am Mine - David Letterman appearance recorded November 14th, 2002 Save You - David Letterman appearance recorded November 14th, 2002 (aired 11/15/02) Masters of War - David Letterman appearance recorded September 30th, 2004 **Please note - He did re-record portions of SNL performances from re-runs on Comedy Central (sorry for the logo) **Also note - RVM from SNL performance is from original airdate. I'm not sure if this guy will give up his masters for transfer, but it's worth a shot, and I know who I got them from. |
