I was in Toledo and I didn't see anyone in the 4th row..

I saw about 3 people on the side of the stage filming but nobody on a tripod

the answer is right on the top of the page, on the very very handy FAQ
http://www.red-mosquito.de/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=453:

I didn't see ____ on that list, when will it be available on DVD? Was it even videotaped?

Not every show is videotaped. And of the ones that are, not all of them have been put onto DVD yet. It's a time-consuming process. Usually the more popular/recent shows will be made available first, and it's really hard to know if/when a show will end up on DVD. So if it's listed as videotaped here, then it may show up on DVD someday.

But I saw people there with camcorders, where's the DVD?

Pearl Jam has their own crew that videotapes their shows. You'll usually see someone up near the front with a handheld video camera. This is footage for their purposes, and they may release some of it, or they may keep it in their archives. This is how Live at the Showbox, Live at the Garden, and Touring Band 2000 were recorded, as well as the clips they used to post on their website.

If you saw someone with a camcorder, and they weren't trying to hide it, it was probably someone from pearl jam's crew or a photographer. Either way, it's not a tape that's going to end up being traded on a message board.

i'm sure some of the shows were videotaped and will be released, but it will definetely be a while till we can see them.
just think on the audio sources that are available and need to be analysed to figure out which ones should be used.
Apart from finding a video tape, convincing the taper to share it, capturing, converting and editing the video, the audio task alone is something quite big and time consuming...

give it time time time.

cheers
L.

if I was Eddie the guy filming was in the back left corner...but the arena was tiny as you probably know and im sure he had zoom. I was in section 11 and looking at the stage the guy filming was to my right (i think he was still in section 11)
