Here are the three different postage rate charts that I found on the old RM. For trades, I would always just search postage rates, but those threads are being destroyed now. So here is the postage rate thread for the new RM.
However, I got 3 different answers. Can anyone confirm which one is correct?
Also, can we get this stickied at the top of the page? One I figure out which one is correct, Ill edit and delete the others and then the rates can be easily accessable. For the lazy people like myself.

As a note, if your in the states and mailing CD's you can request the MEDIA rate which is sometimes cheaper than the standard First class rate. Always ask for this when mailing, if its cheaper than go with it. For one or two discs the media rate and first class are about the same.

While media rate IS cheaper, it takes for freaking EVER. I would not recommend media rate, the extra dime you save is not worth the extra 3 weeks it takes to get there.

forever is an understatement
go with first class mail
also for overseas shipping a customs form is not required for mail under 16oz but having one does seem to make the package arrive quicker
i keep a stack of them with my mailers and fill it out before I get to the PO
