I'd like to add a request for Better Man [live]
from "For The Lady", released 10/26/04

since it's from the same Bridge School Benefit the Masters Of War is from.

Never heard of that one...is it possible it's the same version as this one:
Better Man (Eddie Vedder acoustic)
(live at Bridge School Benefit, Shoreline Amphitheater In Mountain View, CA - date unknown) - from The Bridge School Collection, Vol. 1, released on iTunes 11/21/06

Here's the iTunes link for a sample:

Nope, it's a full band version from 2003. The Eddie solo one from iTunes is from 2004.

Here's info on For The Lady:

I almost deleted or edited my post because I feel bad for asking for a song from a charity CD. I should just get around to buying it one of these days.

How do you know this? Not questioning you or anything, but I've looked high and low for info on where those iTunes tracks come from. Do you know the exact dates for all of the Bridge School iTunes?

I've attended all the PJ attended Bridge School Benefits since 1999. Eddie only appeared solo at the 2004 BSB when Paul McCartney was there. He played Better Man on the first night, 10/23/04.

I know the Nothing As It Seems on the iTunes Bridge Collection comes from 10/31/99 because it was the first time they played it live and it's not quite the finished product that appears on Binaural at that point. Mike was even allowed to use an electric on it, going against Bridge's acoustic format. They played an all acoustic version of NAIS at the 2001 BSB.

I don't know the exact day Corduroy is from.

As far as the iTunes Bridge School Collection tracks from other artists, you might be able to tell exactly when they're from. For example, Thom Yorke only appeared at the 2002 BSB, so Street Spirit and his cover of After The Gold Rush come from 2002.

I really wish they'd quit dicking around and release full sets from artists.

Good info, thanks a lot. I'm trying to keep all the tracks in chronological order, so it really helps to know the dates on these.

The Kids Are Alright" (live)
from "Substitute: Songs from the Who" (2001)

World Where You Live & Something So Strong
(Eddie Vedder with Crowded House: "Seattle, WA 09/01/2007")
