yep. this has been the 2nd time i've received something from 10club that has been opened up by cdn customs. last one being a few day's ago. received the baseball caps. the box was opened. but thankfully all the items in the order were there:( this one though, took the cake.

jeff ament - tone cd received today:

no pick inside. was it taken from cdn customs or 10club didn't send me one?
still, another sad day. what a great week this has been. :(

I wouldn't blame customs with ripping off the pick. Not everyone got one and looking at the pictures, it doesn't look like my packaging so my bet would be that you didn't get one rather than it being stolen.

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger, D - I didn't receive one either . . . still disturbed as to what happened to it :(

What I don't understand is mine didn't go through customs - that's why I'm so confused - maybe I was singled out ;)

I don't know which I was looking forwards to more - the cd or the pick . . . guess I'll have to try Ebay

it's just strange. why would they open the back of the package, add the yellow tape, aswell, slice the front of the package? wouldn't you just need to make 1 open on a package to check what's inside the package? why make 2 attempts to open the mailer? front & back. customs wanted the back. so, who attempted the front? hmm ...

maybe it's the US customs that opened it..but THEY don't tell you. :twisted:
