Notes: The taper of the screen shot video was kind enough to lend me this Hi8 Master tape in 2004, and it's taken nearly 5 years for me to get the DVD out. DVD was authored in 2007 but I've been waiting until finishing night 2 to release it.
Thanks to DarkGrin for the audience DAT source

Notes: The taper of the screen shot video was kind enough to lend me this Hi8 Master tape in 2004, and it's taken nearly 5 years for me to get the DVD out. The screen shot video was grainy, so I used a high quality spatial/temporal noise filter (DE:Noise) to clean it up.
This DVD is primarily the screen shot master source, dropouts patched with the other video source. A different 2-cam mix was put to DVD recently from a VHS source, but I'm releasing this since I had the master of the screen shot.

I don't have the global voodoo versions, so I'm comparing on the info I've seen and the screenshots at jam-river.
For this date (08.09.2000), this new DVD is an upgrade. The global voodoo dvd was sourced from a VHS copy. Mine is from the master hi8 tape. The shows are on separate DVDs and this one is under 2GB.
For night two (08.10.2000) it's not the exact same mix. The global voodoo dvd was made from a VHS of the 2-cam mix that was done shortly after the show. For my DVD I just wanted to get the master tape I had put onto DVD, which was the screen shot angle. I ran it through a spatial-temporal noise reduction filter (similar to pixiedust). It took a week to encode on an 8 core mac pro!
But there were dropouts when the taper moved to get a better shot and there were times when people walked by and blocked the shot, so I filled in the gaps with a VHS copy of the 2-cam mix that I captured on my own.
For night 2, my DVD uses more of the screen shot footage that is from the master Hi8. The stage shot footage in mine is from the 2 cam mix VHS so probably similar quality to the global voodoo DVD.
For both nights I used audience DAT in the surround channels and uncompressed PCM audio for the stereo mix.
