there is a small risk involved, as the games are stealthed and if you dont make waves theres good odds you would be fine. But your system has to be modded to play the backups, and its best to buy the air cards for Xbox live (30 day ones..), so you dont associate your modded system with your credit card number....

From what I hear, if you do get booted, you just create a new gamertag and get a new air card....
