In my opinion, this doesn't deserve to be distributed. The lineage, as described by sullen in the DaD thread, is probably highly generated VHS>DVD>VHS>DVD at best, or perhaps VCD sourced. I think it should be shelved until a better source becomes available.

Yep, just ask Stevie Ray Vaughan.

Taken from BRY, I thought this was an interesting response.

Tim on the other hand depends on Pearl Jam fans for his entire livelihood. He was working at a record store when he got this job so Im sure it was a nice bump in pay (if that record store is even in business these days). Everytime he stuffs a hamburger in his mouth, every night he has a home and a bed to sleep in, every penny that comes out of his pocket came from a Pearl Jam fan's pocket first.
He has the audacity to call these same people "assholes" and "losers". He encourages them not to have an opinion. He says if they dont like things maybe they should leave. Maybe if Tim hates customer complaints so much he shouldnt work in customer service. How about that? Keep in mind A LOT of these people were with the 10c before he ever got there.
He mocks these people saying they are "assholes who think they are critics". What Tim neglects in his lack of education is that consumers are critics. We critique everything we buy every day by whether on not we purchase it. He thinks its about art when its really not. You think all these people on the pit are art junkies? Theyre hanging their Ames Bros next to their Monets? Its mostly about having a memento of the show you attended or because you are a completist collector.
If you rounded up everyone that works with the band or is in the band and tallied their cummulative college credits combined you wouldnt have enough to get an associates degree from Univeristy of Phoenix Online.
Can PJ rock? Yes
Can they run a business? No! Do they realize their limitations and have the common sense to hire qualified professionals? No
I seriously think the job application process for 10c is whoever had the best weed got the job.
At the end of all this too is that they refuse to have any dialogue with the fans. They are purposely deceptive in how they release information. They often dont release information at all. They wont publicly address the massive shortcomings in their website or the issues of charging people's cards for hundreds and thousands of dollars. They take no blame. They offer no answers. After all this time this is they way Tim feels he should engage with the fans?
Just know, this is what they think of you as they count your money

I love that response! Two main facets of a business are to make money and please the customer, or at least take the customers considerations seriously as to keep their business at a later date. However, 10c keeps failing to meet the customers demand with server crashes, poor communication (if there is any communication at all), and overpriced goods even though the band formerly was so open about keeping all their prices down.
I know in the past, a lot of fans have been very vocal about how bad Ames' posters have been and I for one agree. However, instead of having Klausen or some other artist draw up the posters for this tour, they give Ames the right to make the posters for every show! Blah blah blah sure Ames was good back in '98 but times have changed. You don't see Atari as king of videogames anymore do you? Businesses need to be adaptive to meet the changing demands of customers to stay alive and quite frankly 10C has done a very, very poor job of this. I take criticism everyday from my co-workers and I think that it only helps me improve my job. I think they need to be a little more open-minded about how they run things

I'm still amazed that this thing is cookin. Dime is usually quick to pull the plug if there's the slightest hint of NFT/band policy etc. People are at 92% right now....
