Good to be back here... i haven't been on RM since i guess last Aus tour...

I hope this is the right forum for this post... correct me if i'm wrong.

Anyway i've been having this thought about a video collaboration, which i personally think would be great, but could be a lot of work and wouldn't want to embark on it if no one else agrees... just thought i'd get some ideas anyway...

I'm a PHP developer, and was thinking it would be cool to setup a site where for each PJ show people could submit youtube links to any concert footage for that show... would include which songs are in each clip, and if each song is complete etc. Then, could have a basic voting system which would allow people to vote the clips up and down (or shit/good). After we've got a lot of footage and most (hopefully all?) the show covered, a full length video (filled with stills if some stuff not available) could be edited together?

Otherwise, if anyone's doing a full length cam of the show, any footage from someone in a better spot could be added on top?

I'm guessing that audience audio recordings would have to be used until the boots can be freely traded?

Anyway, shoot me down, tell me it's stupid, or let me know if there's anything there that has potential...
