One of my all-time favourite boots, from Jack Irons' last weeks with the band.
I was surprised that this hadn't already been done, but I thought this deserved an upgrade to incorporate the 17 superior sounding tracks from the Give Way promo source for the show (thanks to spenno for sharing this previously ).
The remaining 9 songs are from the slightly inferior sounding Sony Australia Promo, the best available complete source for the show.
Nero Wave Editor was used to patch the two sources together. The crowd noise was mixed slightly louder in the Sony Australia Promo source, so I have tinkered with it to make a flawless as possible transition between songs. I have also included non-fade-out/in versions of SOLAT (end of Disc 1) and DTE (start of Disc 2) for those who want the uninterrupted show.
So here it is (in FLAC of course) along with the artwork I made for this show that is probably buried deep in the artwork thread by now

Go you good Aussie thing!
Cheers my man.
May Geelong win huge this weekend (unless they are playing the Eagles, in wich case may they lose by a solitary point).

I'll give it a listen ... but it will tough to beat the previous best sounding source.
I'm not doubting you, just challening you to some peer review.
It certainly should sound better (I haven't downloaded it to give 100% confirmation).
Wherever possible, he's replaced songs using the semi-official "Give Way" promo CD which is of much higher quality than the existing Sony promo CD version (the SV).
I made a version like this once too but I ended up finding the transition too uncomfortable to listen to, the existing SV source just sounds terrible to me (it's got constant high-end artifacts and weirdness, like a low bitrate MP3).
