Can someone remind me of a website that rates old unofficial bootlegs?

I picked up "New York 1994" by Live Storm. The date is off by one day and two tracks are mis-named, but it had the whole show in the correct order, so I figured it was a decent gamble.

I'd give it a 38.

Just not sure what the scale is. :?

Yep, just ask Stevie Ray Vaughan.
