I am getting married in May and me and my fiance want our first dance to be "Throw Your Arms Around Me." The best recording I have is the Perth one with Seymour singing on it. Does anyone have a better recording of it that I may not have. Thanks everyone!!!!!!!

Sounds like a worthwhile project...
The ZIP file stored at the link below contains MP3s of 21 different sources of the song. This is what I was able to quickly put together. If there's a date missing that you'd like to hear, let me know...and I'll do my best to locate it. (Chances are, it's on my F: drive, so no biggie - just tell me the date(s) in question)
Once you decide what you like, let me know, and I can get the lossless source to you.
You know that song's about a one night stand right?
Actually, I do. In college, she was going back to school in Arizona and we danced to it. I didnt know if I'd see her again b/c of long distance relationship. We think it would be cool to dance to it under different circumstances.

Thanks Emanon. I'll listen! I appreciate it!

Is dancing, as used in your post, a euphemism for something else?

I'd recommend the Perth 2006-11-25 version which is what I believe to be Eddie's best vocal performance (of the official soundboard versions). Unlike other tracks from this show, the echo effect of Subiaco Oval actually adds to the song

That's a pretty looking hard drive.
Thanks!
It's actually part of a project I planned to offer here...bought a 1tb drive, and was gonna do some HD&Ps for all of the lossless PJ I could scrounge up. Somewhere during the planning phase, I became frustrated trying to determine what was missing from it.
So, instead..I bought a pair of 1.5tb drives and started a "definitive" DVD collection with the same HD&P intentions. Currently has about 2tb of data between the pair for video (1.5tb through 2005; 500GB thereafter) Again, I seem to have stalled...but it's a bit easier to organize than the audio...just more GBs of data.

Yep, just ask Stevie Ray Vaughan.

I've been tempted to try for a hd&p but whenever I'm thinking of it or see it offered I never have the money for a new drive at the time. At some point I do want to get a hard drive with all the audio I could ever need. Maybe video too.

Well...right now, about 3TB would cover both.

Yeah, I think at that point I'd hold out and wait til there was an offer that pretty much had everything audio and video. Why do it for one and then 6 months later decide I want the other one too ya know?

THIS.
After getting my hands on the pre-2000 SBD collection, I'm pretty happy with the audio side of it. I'm just now getting into the video, though. I'm contemplating not trying to piece it together and wait for an emanon-style offer.
