Post subject: The 2000 boots available for download?

I think I remember seeing something some time ago about the 2000 bootlegs being OK to share freely on the internet, due to them no longer being available for purchase, or something along those lines.... Am I correct about this, and if so - does anyone know where I could find them for downloading? Looked around a bit, but only found outdated links to sites like rapidshare, etc.
