Is there any difference in the retail/fan club 2003 boots i.e packaging etc?

I think the only difference was that the fan club boots came with plain sleeves & setlist stickers and the retail ones have the setlist printed on the sleeve.

At least one of the retails boots was a 3-disc show, and so the retail version was actually a triple fold-out cardboard sleeve. But all the 3-disc shows that came from the fanclub were the two disc cardboard sleeves plus the third disc in a paper sleeve that just sits inside the cardboard.
