you can either drop it into the artwork window or add it in the track(s) profile window.

Didn't think you can add art to wav files.

do you mean add it to the file so that it appears on all comps? or just your own iTunes?

I want it to show up so it shows up on my itouch, iPhone and appletv. It won't let me add it in the artwork window with wav files, was wondering if there was another way

You could just convert them to Apple Lossless.

That's how I have all of my iTunes files (and on my iPod too).

WAV files can't take artwork.

They actually won't convert to apple lossless, always says that they are corrupt, or can't read/write to the disk.

Thanks for the help though, I appreciate it.

Apple/iTunes user here. I use xACT to convert FLAC or SHIN to an AIFF file. Those are pretty similar to WAV, and can also be converted to Apple Lossless. AIFF or Apple Lossless can have artwork included on iTunes, WAV cannot.
