Is anyone else geting this error when they try to send a PM?

it's happened a few times over the last few days, although I notice the PM appears to be sent out anyway.

I got it a few minutes ago while making a post, but the post still went through and appeareed fine.

i didn't get that from sending a pm although i got something similar while making a post. but like eric said, the post went through fine.
