 Post subject: why the hell do I still have the Creed banner?

I'm using the computer at my dad's house, and the Creed banner is still up. the normal Red Mosquito one is up on my home computer, it changed back after April Fools Day. but now I'm usuing my the computer at my dad's apartment, and i'm seeing the Creed banner instead of the Red Mosquito one.

EDIT: sorry if the original post was a bit unclear.
