You will need some other software. For example...

AnyDVD
DVD Decrypter

CloneDVD has worked great for me. They have great support too if you ever have a problem. They e-mail you right back.

Personally, I use AnyDVD. In terms of ease of use, you dont have to do anything, which is pretty easy. It's just a small app that runs in the background and bypasses any copy protection or region encoding. So you can just copy and burn as if it never existed.

One Click DVD Copy http://www.1clickdvdcopy.com/ works like a charm, it's nice because it shrinks a DVD to a single disc with little noticable compression. It's nice that it also handles dual layer dvd's so when the media comes down in price, you can use that as an option.

i made a new thread for my question but maybe somone here can help.
I know that when the driver may switch to PIO mode the burner can run slow but this didn't happen to me and it is still running really slow. I have that decrytor stuff to burn dvd's(I am against burning dvds) but a buddy of mine brought it over and I wanted to see if it would really work. It did a couple of dvds fine, in about 30 mins now it is taking close to three hours. I am just wondering if it is a prob with my dvd burner and what to do.

I use dvd shrink and anydvd to decrypt
