 Post subject: Resizing pictures on a Mac

I just got a cd label maker and i want to put a picture from the internet onto the label, but i have no idea how to size it down. I was able to cut out the parts i didnt want, but i dont know how to scale it down. Anyone know how?

Do you have iPhoto installed? It has basic image editing capabilities.

I usually rescale photos using Photoshop. If you don't have that, iPhoto might work. Add the image to your iPhoto library, then select it and go to File -> Export. You'll be able to scale it down according to the number of pixels. I'm assuming this will work to change the size of the image.
