Does anyone know a good program to resizes animated GIFs. I know I used to be able to do it, but I can't figure it out anymore. Any help would great.

I know that irfanview will seperate an animated gif into the individual frames but I don't know if you can resize them then put it back together with the same program. I haven't worked with it much but I'd like to know too.

Okay, I resized the gif to fit, and it's under 10kb, but doesn't work as a avatar. Do animated gifs not work anymore. I thought they used too.

After trying to get this to work and failing, I tried going back to a old avatar, but i keep getting the red x, no matter what I try. What did I do?

I couldn't get it to work for you either. I tried a couple of different ones. Perhaps that feature is just not enabled right now, with the board changing servers. I really don't know.
