 Post subject: dvd shrink getting a green screen

i am trying to shrink a movie and when i analyze it the movie preview window comes up all green and when the analysis is done it hasn't shrunk the dvd at all. this has never happened before. does anyone know what could be causing this?

try using dvd decrypter first, then just load file into shrink.

i did that, and it did the same thing, it has to be the disc that is messed up
