I just a new laptop and am trying to download AIM. After I download the installation.exe when I try to open it I get a message that says,

The Publisher could not be verified...

so i click continue then i get a message that says

C:/blahblahblah.installation.exe is not a valid Win32 Application.

What do I do now?

So much better than AIM, and not as bloated with adds and useless features.

It's the same service in a nicer package.

Speaking of GAIM, just installed it. Like it so far, except the list window's bigger than I'd like. I tried the "Allow buddy list to shrink below normal size constraints" option after installing the Extended Preferences plugin, but it didn't seem to let me make it any smaller. Any other plugins that can accomplish this, or am I missing a setting that's already built in?

Edit: nevermind, got it.
