 Post subject: .shn coversion...no magic number? Please help

trying to covert shn's using MKW audio compression tool

i keep getting a "no magic number" message whether I covert the group, use the md5 file or try them individually

so i am stuck...and wanting to burn some Audioslave

towards the bottom, under verifying (#3):

"Possible errors are few. You might see:

"No Magic Number" -- this means that the .shn is corrupt. You cannot fix this. Contact the person you got the file from. "

The most common reason for the "no magic number" response is an uncompleted download. If you downloaded via bittorrent, and the torrent is still active try to restart it to pick up what your missing.
