Seeing as how it's free, and not a big hassle, I don't know why you wouldn't. I think 4.6 added support for AirTunes, which is really cool, but requires the Airport Express. 4.7 moves the iPod preferences into the Preferences pane (where they should have been all along), adds the option to keep the mini-player on top of all other windows, and adds the ability to show duplicate songs. It's nice being able to keep the mini-player on top while working on other things. Not much has been added (aside from iTMS support for more countries), but not much else is needed.
