Whenever I accidentally type in the wrong url or try to access a site which is down, this site http://www.perfectnav.com appears. Is this normal? It's only been happening for about a week, maybe two. Is my computer infected with adware or something? What can I do about it?

This explains the mysterious toolbar which I assumed my brother had installed. Fucking spyware!
