Has anyone noticed that when you log in you actually have to do it twice? Also, when you first log in after not having been online for the entire night, none of the forums show "new" posts (the yellow icon), even though there have been posts?

those aren't really good things.
to take care of the log-on problem i would suggest this. Do you use the same computer to visit here all the time? If so you can do remember my log-in or whatever. This way when you come you don't have to log-on.

I've tried logging in from various computers and have never had a problem. So it's probably computer-specific.. maybe your browser or some other software you have installed. I assume you're using IE? You can try Firefox as a test.

that might also help the other problem.
just a suggestion.
...and you have to click the little box first. Ive known of people trying to log on and clicking the box after pressing the log in button.

Yes, I log in from the same computer 85-90% of the time (Monday - Friday). I could do the "remember me" check box.
How about the "new posts" thing? Each time I log in and to the search using the "new posts since last visit" feature, if its the first time I've logged onto the site that day, it isn't showing any.

Well, I logged on today but from home (not work) and I only had to do it once, and all the yellow icons showed, and the "look for new messages since last visit" feature worked properly.
There must be something wrong with either my OS or my Browser on my computer at work.....

If you haven't done so, you can also try clearing the cache on your machine at work. There should be a way in your browser's preferences/options. That could potentially help.

I did find that my "TimeZone" in my Red Mosquito Profile was off. I should be GMT -8. But, if that were the problem then it should have exhibited itself on my home computer too. I "dump" the cache and all other online content regularly from work, so that should be okay too.
