I just installed Winamp 5.3 on my work computer. It is an older computer and when I play a disc in winamp it is read at a speed that has a 4 minute song last about 4 seconds and produces no sound. I have the same problem with Windows Media Player on the computer.

I am able to listen to cd's using CD Deluxe but I want to be able to listen through a flash drive.

Can this problem w/ Winamp be fixed on my computer?? Any help is appreciated! I would just get a new computer for various reasons but it's not my call
