I was hoping for a lil' help...

I want to get a music program of some sort for fairly simplistic fix-up jobs. I'm not a musician or music engineer or producer by any means.

What I'm hoping for is a very-very-very-very easy to learn/user friendly program to clean up the odd music flaw. For example, occasionally I'll download a bitorrent of some sort and when I burn the music onto a cd I'll hear what I can best describe as a sonic pop or crackle. Almost reminicient of a pop you might hear when listening to a record. I'd love clean these pops up. But there's also the occasional edit of another sort I'd also like to fix-up, like drop outs. Various other sonic glitches bug me, too--and I would love to retaliate by fixing these suckers up.

I'd be very GRATEFUL for suggestions!!!!!!!!

EAC has a wav editor built in and it's very easy to use.
