When you right click on the links, you should get a box that has the option "Save link as..." or something similar, do you not get that? What happens when you left-click the links?

When I right click I can download the .asx file... but that is just a link to the file... When i left click I can see the trailers in Windows Media Player... I want to download the whole movie?

ah, my bad. i didn't try it, I just made a quick assumption. sorry about that.
when you download that .asx, open it with notepad or some text editor... there's a direct link to the multimedia stream (something beginning with mms://...)
then use some download manager (FlashGet works with this), and you got the video
