everytime i try to open a microsoft program (word, outlook, excel) it tells me 'this application does not belong to yousef rahim'

so i tried to shutdown and try again... same thing.

i called dell but they have no clue what's going on. my dad can't seem to find the problem.

wtf?

It's probably all that posting from multiple accounts that screwed it up.

how long have you used these programs? it sounds like a bad crack/serial or something.

Could be that Microsoft Genuine Advantage tool found out c_b has some pirated software.
