i don't have an account there, but i'd really like to download certain songs from there, and i have in the past (had to use IE though) but lately i've been unable to do so. Do i need to make an account (god forbid) or is there another way to download those songs? It might be their server though i guess.

I'm trying to download McParadigm's songs, which frankly everybody should check out. Man's a genius.

usually you not only have to make an account there, but also become friends with the person before you can download their songs (if you can download them at all) its pretty rare to find someone who just lets anyone download their tunes without at least signing up.

i'm not planning on downloading any other songs from MySpace anyways, and McParadigm was able to email the songs to me
