My wife wants a laptop for her. Not to big and we have been looking around, but I know nothing about PC's. I am a mac man so I turn to you guys for help. Maybe I am looking for things that arent there. We would like 1GB RAM, DVD burner, wireless internet, 100 GB+ hard drive, and for our video camera we need video stream driver and I assume I can buy the program Windows Movie Maker someplace. We looked at a brand called Acer but I have never heard of them so I dont really want to buy that one. Can we get a computer like this for under $800? Thanks for the help.

You can probably just go to dell.com and pick a laptop. Customize it from there. You should be able to get pretty much everything you mentioned for $800 or less.

Yes, I'd also recommend Dell for what you're talking about.
