My wife just bought a new laptop. How the hell do you turn off the touchpad click. I hate it. It is vista and I went to control panels and could find nothing to turn it off. I checked in mouse and there is no option to turn it off. Anyone with vista know how to do this?

Check in the system tray. There is often a little icon there that is for the touch pad and you can adjust settings there.

My opinion is the touch pad click is far better on than off. Sometimes you just need to adjust the sensitivity to make it work better.

Buggy you are the man. That did it. I have been looking for that damn thing since Sunday. Thats why I am a Mac guy.
