 Post subject: ho do i burn a DVD .img file with nero?

i tried searching this forum, and tried searching the interweb a little bit... i DL'd the NIN broken DVD and it is in a format of .img.

i try using nero "disc image or saved project" and i get "unexpected file format".

can anyone help? thanks.

i nero go to File >> Open, then set Files of type to all. look for the file and that should do it.

you're not using nero express are you? if so switch to burning rom.

yeah, i'm on nero express.
"burning rom" - is that a program i need to buy or something?

no you can switch from the Express to Burning Rom and vice versa. if you are in express right now, somewhere should be a pretty big nero button click on that.

Or go to Start>>All Programs>>Nero>> and it should be there or in one of the folders there.

it appears i am in need of a major update... 5 of them in fact. we'll see if that works - thanks

Get dvddecrypter....it burns the img file with ease!!!
