i am trying to "backup" a dvd and it encodes using dvd shrink but then goes and says burn fail. i can't figure out how to burn the dvd. i have the files on my hard drive. how can i put them to the dvd?

I got it figured out now. Somehow I had uninstalled nero so i put it back on and it works great again.
