I recently upgraded to Cable internet and need some FREE Adware/Spyware/Pop-up blocker programs---suggestions??? Links appreciated!

if you have windows XP or vista, windows defender works quite well

If you use Firefox or Opera, you shouldn't really need a pop-up blocker.
