I am moving on 6/1 up to the Reading area. Direct tv won't be an option because of the apartment I will be living in, so I am stuck with Concast for the tv watching. I want to hook up a slingbox here, and be able to watch at my new place, but on my tv, not computer. I am a crazy, but I need to be able to watch Orioles games.

A. I have basically no idea how this think works. I assume I hook it up here to the tv and the computer here, but what do I do up there. I am looking at a Vizio tv, which has the pc hookups.

B. How the crap do I access the slingbox?

C. How much does said slingbox cost, and is ebay a good place to get it?

From what I can tell you access the slingbox through a router. If you want to watch on your TV, you will have to do it through your computer.
IE: Slingbox > Router > Computer > TV
So you would need to get a TV that can double as a monitor.

I dunno dude, sounds like the easiest solution is to either watch on your computer, or sign up for MLBTV.
