how can i shrink a jpg so i can use it as my avator or whateve.r never done it before, but i want to make the picture smaller, or shrink the file size so ican use it...anyone..anyone

I could do it for you when I get home. Otherwise I think if you convert it to gif, it makes the file size smaller. Not sure about that though.

the trial version should have a resize feature. It allows you to give the new size in pixels or %. Just make sure that the new file doesnt overwrite the original one. But the programm is more or less selfexplaining.

Send me the file and I will resize it for you and send it back to you....I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager from Office 2003 or Adobe Photoshop....either work for me.

making it a gif file always shrinks it.
