This is from the FAQ

Can I post Images?
Images can indeed be shown in your posts. However, there is no facility at present for uploading images directly to this board. Therefore you must link to an image stored on a publicly accessible web server, e.g. http://www.some-unknown-place.net/my-picture.gif. You cannot link to pictures stored on your own PC (unless it is a publicly accessible server) nor to images stored behind authentication mechanisms such as Hotmail or Yahoo mailboxes, password-protected sites, etc. To display the image use either the BBCode [img] tag or appropriate HTML (if allowed).

And I believe they have to be either a .gif or .jpg format. No .bmp's are allowed.

And Disposition: I spend a good 20 minutes trying to figure out why that pic of yours won't work in the picture thread and I never did figure it out. I'm sure it's something simple that I'll kick myself in the ass for later

did u try to post the pic right on this page? well i did the same and it didnt work. maby someone can give us some help. i remember u have to do something like ckicj the img button then paste the pic...or sumpin like that.

yeah thats what i did but I dont know ..didnt work..i dont know...gggrrrrrrr

This was what I was talking about though kudos. I did spend some time on his original post but I also couldn't figure out why this one wouldn't work.

I'm thinking that on this new board, instead of a red x it'll display the code as it was typed.

I figured it out. I just copied the link onto my URL box and Photobucket is asking for a password. The album Disposition has may not be setup for public display.

nope, what the person did was just copy the address of the viewing redirection page in photobucket, not the picture's address.
it should appear correctly with this link : http://photobucket.com/albums/v383/1sit ... l1/DRS.jpg
