Just opened my brand new copy for PS3, and there's a problem with my controller.
It's almost as if it isn't calibrated or connected properly or something. If I try to strum down, the guitar strums UP, and holds it. If I strum up, no problem... works perfect. I've reset the console and reconnected the guitar. What's wrong here?
Really frustrating to FINALLY find a copy of GH3, drive for 45 minutes to get it, and have this problem.

after about 2 months of owning mine... it all of a sudden went berserk and when i turned the game on, it just continually strummed up until i strummed down to "cancel" it, and then the down never worked after that... only up... i had to go and exchange it for another one...
but actually, that was for my GH 2 controller on xbox 360

That is the EXACT problem I had with mine upon first taking it out of the box. I did a little reading, and it seems that it's a pretty common problem. I just brought it back and the new one is perfect.
