 Post subject: ITUNES: How do I transfer my entire Library in the same PC

My computer has two internal drives--Let's call them A and B. How do I transfer my entire Itunes library from drive A to drive B? I obviously have no clue when it comes to computers. :? It seems like it should be simple.
