I think my computer has it. My CPU was jumping all over the place when it was idling on the desktop. I tried to restore it, but the most recent restore point was only a few days prior. The CPU isn't as manic, but when I load Counter Strike Source I'm running at about 10 FPS, which is much lower than the 30 something I usually get, which seems to imply something is amiss. I have the Trend Micro security suite and am currently running Spybot Search and Destroy. If my computer is still unhappy, how can I go about reformatting my hard drive? I have the disk with the OS and whatnot, and have nothing important on my computer that I can't reinstall, so I figure its no biggie.

If you want to reformat use the OS install disc as the boot disc and go from there. During the install it will reformat.
