out of nowhere, when i now use google and click on a result from my search it asks

i did a bit of research and came up with that it only happens when you're logged into your google account. thing is.... i'm always logged into my google account. i haven't changed any settings either. it's really annoying.
does anyone know how to disable this without having to log out of my gmail account all the time?
