i used a cool script once, but now its gone

im just sure that my upload speed should be 60 kB/s [(600/8)*0,8]

i want to know what i should put under these fields:

Global Maximum Number of Connections:
Maximum Number of Connected Peers per Torrent:
Numbers of Upload Slots per torrent:

Maximum Number of active torrents:

the speed guide says:
