Alright...the title pretty much explains it...what program, if any, that you guys may know of that is free and can do this with the minimal amount of headaches ???? Any help for this would be mucho appreciated !

you mean capturing a stream to either of those formats or did you capture it already in another format? if the former: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=73291, when the latter, please post what format you saved it under.
