Does anyone know if the superdrives in new Imacs support dvd+r format? I've found different answers on the Apple forums. I'm still using my G4 but have been considering buying a new one instead of updating. I'm still running 10.3.9 and it's become ridiculously slow. My wife and I just got our wedding photos back on DVD and it's on +R and our Imac and laptops support -R only and since the timing coincides with a possible computer purchase, I'm curious to know if anyone here has a new Imac and what can be run in the superdrive.

umm, i had some trouble with dvd+r in a new mini mac.

not with my new macbook though..
