 Post subject: Rotating video files

I did a quick search and nothing came up. I've got a program that converts video files to other video files, but I'm having troubling figuring out how to rotate a video. I tried Windows Movie Maker and didn't have much success. Maybe I just don't know what I'm doing.

Any help?
