 Post subject: split a movie file in half

i've got a giant wmv file that i'd like to split in two...

is it possible to do this, without the video losing quality?

Edit with the just half and save, do it again the second half.

Check out http://www.videohelp.com. Remembered downloading a freeware app year's back that did the job on .wmv files!
