Got my eye on this one here:

http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product. ... d=10913073

1080p, 40", and only $598. Anyone have any experience with this set, or RCAs in general?

Those Samsung "LED" TVs are bullshit. If you buy one you are supporting misleading marketing  .

Awesomeville. I'm plugging in external harddrives and playing 30 Rock and Curb Your Enthusiasm straight off 'em. Powering up my iPhone. Accessing new digital television stations that I couldn't on my old box. Playing LittleBigPlanet in HDHDHDHDHDHD.

I'm loving it.

It's still LCD tech, but the backlight being LED.

Well, it's finally time to ditch my trusty ol' Sony Trinitron CRT - buying a new TV tomorrow.

The 21st century sure sounds like an exciting place, I'll be glad to finally make its acquaintance.

I can't imagine going back to an old tv at this point. Man, the dark ages sucked.

Man, free-to-air Australian TV looks terrible.

Maybe the pixels are displayed backwards or something down there.
